Cancelling my accout

I called yesterday and cancelled my services yesterday, was not told that they would be taking 328.60 dollars out of my account! What if I wouldn't have had the money in my account! Is this even legal! They said that I was in the 30 day time period for cancellation and that they would sent me instructions how to mail back the equipment and if I didn't return is with in the 45 day I would be charge but no one said that I had to pay yesterday.

We're very, very sorry about this. I was able to locate your account and do see that the agents were going to credit the $328.60 but I don't see that it was credited in time to cancel out the early termination fee. I will go ahead and apply the credit and refund you. Please expect the refund in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your banks policy.
