HughesNet promised to refund the equipment fee. Still hasn't happened.
HughesNet promised to refund the equipment fee once they received the shipment I sent. According to UPS, the equipment was received by HughesNet on 19 May 2015; and yet, I have not received the refund. When is this going to happen?
