I terminated my service.

After being a customer Almost  2 years, repeated calls to customer service.. & having to replace faulty equipment like radio and modems and then, Finally.. My satellite fell over in the yard... "Inst...

    I've escalated your case to see if there is tracking provided for the manually sent return kits.
