Why can't I pay BEFORE the due date?
I get paid on X date. I know how much my bill will be. BUT, I cannot make a payment (which would result in a CREDIT balance) on the 2nd. I MUST wait until the 12th! I pay bills when I am paid and...

I see it's your first post here, so welcome to the community! We want to address your concerns, so please post a case number or the serial number located on the bottom of your modem so we can pull up your account. We can change your bill/due date to one closer to when you get paid so it makes things more convenient for you. Gwalk's method works for paying in advance, but as he stated, he pays by e-Check; using auto-pay with a credit/debit card saves you $5 a month.
