Why hasn't HughesNet sent me the box to return my equipment? What? So they can charge me $300 for not returning it? Please send me the box ASAP!
If I am not mistaken, the box is sent out with in 45 days of the last day your service is active, however, I could be somewhat wrong about that.

We checked your account and see that a standard cancellation was processed. This means that the account automatically cancels at the end of the billing cycle and that is the day we begin the shipment of the return kit. The return kit began the shipping process on 11/27/17 and should not take much longer to arrive to you. We do not start counting the days to return until the return kit begins shipping, so today would only be the 3rd day.
