request sales call be pulled

I have received a chargee to my account of 80.93 . My understanding my bill would be 59.99. I am on social security and am stretching to agree to this now i am explained a rental fee and insurance charge i would not have agreed to this enormus amount to me for the amount of time i use it. The lady I talked to was exceeding nice to help me get on my account, could you please help me on this . My model # is HT2000W and serial # BX0013532337M7.  I am 86 years old and nout computer wise asI would like to be.

Not saying this was discussed in your call, but it seems as if the charges are:

59.99 for just the plan

15.00 equipment rental fee

5.00 taxes/state satellite fees

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! After reviewing the sales call, I found that the sales agent was misleading concerning the price and capabilities of the service. I can offer a monthly discount to bring your monthly charges down to the rate they quoted you and credit the account for the previous two months.

How does that sound?
