I only use online shopping like I use Hughesnet as a last resort. I believe in supporting my local stores. Before I get in my truck I do my research, find the store that has what I need. Online shopping is fine if you don't care for quality. I prefer holding what I'm buying in my hands to inspect the quality before buying. JMHO. Reggie

In any case I'm willing to work with the Reps to get this done. I'm going to be on the web more than usual and a little extra speed would be nice. The URL for home/status is excellent. It's just so worrysome watching this site go downhill. When I started on the community everyone was so helpful. Now most of the champions don't even engage anymore. I'm thinking about canceling Directv. I've been doing research on OTA antennas. There are so many out there, my head is swimming. If someone who uses or has used in the past I would like to hear some feed back. The range I'm looking for is 60 Miles. Thank You for any advice. Reggie

If you want out of your contract try handling it like a court case. 1 File a case. (Start a new thread.) 2 Prove your case. ( Do all the troubleshooting you need to prove your service does not work.) After you have done what is asked of you there MAY be a compromise. If not you will know you have done all you could to resolve the issue. Edit: IMO this is the best way to handle most issues.
