Thanks for the note. 🙂 I just wanted to post that I've stopped purchasing data token per month until I only have around 50 GB data token left. Right now is at around 132.9 GB left. I really have purchased about 16 of 25 GB data token and that is 400 GB in total (16 x 75 = 1200 worth) under this 50 GB service data plan since last year in Feburary 2020. HughesNet does support this. I really wonder why HughesNet does not offer more than 50 GB data service plan for Residential subscribers yet.

There's been no change to the Early Termination Fee schedule for a number of years now. I'm Customer Since: 06/28/2019 but switch to 50 since 2-10-2020. What month you think I'm at now? 13th or 20th?

Note: They told me to question you as you are res department so you should know the answers? (see screenshot that I have provided.) Again do I wait until after 01-28-2022 to upgrade to Business 100 plan with static IP option (one static IP) or upgrade now avoiding early termination fee? Other question is do I lose the data token from upgrading? I cannot call the customer care to know the information is because I'm hard of hearing. Hopefully you guys can answer my questions.

It seems that it got the wrong department that I'm on residential service until I decide to correct it to business class type.

I don't know why you cannot fix your modem that I'm leasing from you (HughesNet) and I had to use my skill to fix it on my side. It is now showing the results for Server FQDN. See picture for 192.168.0.1. Hint: Add a name including the address to that DNS server locally.

Did the plan change require a tech visit or any change of equipment? The reason I ask is that changing plans on the same service normally doesn't require a new commitment. Only when a tech visit is required or an upgrade of equipment, such as the modem, is there typically a new commitment requirement. no I still have same equpiment but I do not use their modem WIFI anymore because the software is out of date then I use Linksys router wired to the modem instead and I have disabled WIFI feature on that modem through their administration panel.

It is what Comcast have said to me that I did upgrade to Business Class long time ago but when I moved to here back in June 2019 that I signed up Hughesnet service but they won't give me the business type.

Then how come my server can't resolve Server FQDN? as you see in the picture. You need to correct the modem that run 192.168.0.1 and I need to correct my second router that run 172.28.203.141 after I noticed it was fixed already on my first router that runs 192.168.1.1.

See picture as that is what my server are set. When Comcast server is down my internet stop working. I really hope that you can provide your (Hughesnet) dns server so my server can have the ability to resolve queries when Comcast's is down.
