When you call to cancel the service will remain on until the last day in the current monthly cycle. For instance, if your service month is the 5th through the 4th, and you called on the 9th to cancel, the service would remain on until the 4th of the following month, at which time the service would terminate and they would then send the return kit. You also have the option to request an immediate cancellation, meaning the service would terminate immediately and within a day or two the return kit would be sent. If you're going to be at the new address by the time the return kit is sent, my advice would be to give them the address of the new location so that they can send the return kit to that address, and make sure to take the radio, modem and power pack for the modem to that new address so you'll have it to pack in the return kit when you receive it there. It sounds like it's the hardware inside your computer. I remember having this issue long time ago when my ISP was Comcast Business it was my motherboard that I had it replaced then it stopped happening or you really have a hacker (we do not know who) fooling around with HughesNet because it is happening to me too sometimes. 😳 Of course I am not back on business yet because when I first signed up my friend called for me because I'm hard of hearing that I will not be able to understand them over phone. It seems that it got the wrong department that I'm on residential service until I decide to correct it to business class type.

I don't know why you cannot fix your modem that I'm leasing from you (HughesNet) and I had to use my skill to fix it on my side. It is now showing the results for Server FQDN. See picture for 192.168.0.1. Hint: Add a name including the address to that DNS server locally.

@Ryan11433 You'd likely be better off calling to get the particulars, as the reps here primarily deal with residential service. The phone reps would also be able to tell you whether you would qualify for any discounts. The Business service number is 800-347-3272.

Good morning Ryan11433, Thanks for reaching out. Your 12 month (Feb-Jan) discount has expired, that's why it's no longer on the bill. Please keep in mind we do forward billing, so your final discount in Jan appears on the Dec bill. When you initially upgraded in Feb last year, your Feb bill shows you received a prorated first discount for the month of Feb, as well as the first full discount for March.
