Hi Maui1957, Thank you for your patience while our engineers investigated. They've developed a fix to improve Netflix streaming and they're rolling this out next week. Next week please monitor your Netflix experience and let me know if you notice any improvement. Since you also noted that Amazon Prime Video also buffers, we'll continue investigating outside of the Netflix issue. I'll keep you posted on that. I don't know why you cannot fix your modem that I'm leasing from you (HughesNet) and I had to use my skill to fix it on my side. It is now showing the results for Server FQDN. See picture for 192.168.0.1. Hint: Add a name including the address to that DNS server locally.

@Ryan11433 You'd likely be better off calling to get the particulars, as the reps here primarily deal with residential service. The phone reps would also be able to tell you whether you would qualify for any discounts. The Business service number is 800-347-3272.

Good morning Ryan11433, Thanks for reaching out. Your 12 month (Feb-Jan) discount has expired, that's why it's no longer on the bill. Please keep in mind we do forward billing, so your final discount in Jan appears on the Dec bill. When you initially upgraded in Feb last year, your Feb bill shows you received a prorated first discount for the month of Feb, as well as the first full discount for March. I hope that clears things up! Let me know if you have additional questions. -Liz
