@ecoalex2 Most likely a coincidence in your case... A lot can happen in the span of minutes, however, if your IPGW changes between those reboots, that would be why. You might move from an underperforming gateway to one that performs better during a reboot. Nothing to do with the modem really.

@macsociety Tomorrow if it starts slowing down, can you avoid pulling the plug and run tests and let us know what happens over time? Get 2-3 days of that if it continues, and attempt 2-3 days of removing power and inform us of the results...

Not sure they are able to downgrade your service plan while in contract, it will be Monday before we know for sure when the reps get back into the office. However, be aware, you most likely can only change your plan one time while in contract (I know we can certainly get upgraded once), so if you are able to downgrade, you most likely wont be able to upgrade back to the 50GB plan next year.

The warning is based on the old method, basically saying that you have used enough so far this month, that unless you cut back some, you will be out of data before the end of the month. For instance, if you are allowed 10GB, and a month had only 10 days, on day 5, if you are at 5.1GB used, you would get the warning, but on day 6, if you are at 5.9GB used, the warning will go away as you fall back into expected usage for that time period.

I would be cautious... Exede has been bleeding customers since Hughesnet launched Gen5 and hasn't been able to get their satellite online fast enough for some. They are heavily advertising that service plan to most all of their potential customer base to keep customers. That aside, Hughesnet offers a 50GB service plan to everyone now from my understanding.

FLIR FAQ At the bottom is some information on how to tell if your camera is properly connecting - How to Connect my FLIR FX Camera in Cloud Mode Also, you might want to try disabling Web-Acceleration as a last final step to see if that helps. 1: Visit http://192.168.0.1 in your web-browser. 2: Click the "i" icon at the top of the HT1100/2000w System Control Center (also known as the SCC). It is highlighted in red in the image below. 3: Click on "Web Acceleration" then "Control" outlined in red. 4: Click on "Web Acceleration Enabled", this will change to an orange button that says "Web Acceleration Disabled". 5: Restart your browser and try using the service that isn't working, please let us know how that works for you.

Statecode 12.1.9 is usually caused by bad quality power... Do you have the modem plugged into a surge protector or other type of device? If you do, please try plugging the modem directly into an outlet.

Don't quote me on this... But I thought installers could install on ES-17 if LOS to ES-19 isn't available? I know the new modems and plans are usable on ES-17 right now because of those areas that dont get any ES-19 coverage are using ES-17.

Hey Birddog, are you perhaps trying to upload or sync anything? I have seen at random times where a terminal will have that issue if you are trying to upload a fair amount of data during prime-time hours on Legacy ES-17... Just a thought.. >.>

Chances are it connects over those hidden wifi networks we can see our HT2000w putting out as a backhaul channel to prevent using the other networks and freeing up air space, where other extenders must connect over the unhidden network. I also suspect, ya know, it's a support thing more than anything... Hughesnet doesn't have to provide support for third party products as is (while there's a third party section, that is almost purely for customer to customer support, you wont see Hughes drop into third party products much at all), so releasing this means they can provide in house support for their own extender if a customer has one.

Not sure why the router must support vlans if you have a higher end switch? I suspect the Unifi swtich 8-150w is a Layer 2 switch, and not Layer 3 capable? If that is the case, then you're actually probably still gonna have to buy a third party router that supports vlans... The HT2000w from what I can find, doesn't handle vlans.

The ports are "open", however, you are behind CGN, so port-forwarding isn't possible. It's a known issue here in the community, and the devices are not supported either by Hughesnet, nor TMobile when connecting over satellite.

@amirijaz PFSense does support that, I go over bandwidth throttling in one of my youtube videos on it, however, setting up usage quotas is a little more on the tricky side, and you might find more assistance about that on the PFSense forums. Hughesnet Gen5 FAP speeds are stated as "speed of the Services may be reduced to as low as or lower than 1 Mbps" http://legal.hughesnet.com/FairAccessPolicyGen5.cfm I am sure monday that one of the reps will request a sales call review and see what was said during it.

Hopefully @Liz or @Amanda can get you situated, just for reference, try to use only the 25MB package for testing download speeds on Gen5 service, however I do agree, you do have a valid speed issue, hopefully engineering will also accept the smaller test files since your 25MB tests also show considerable slowdown.
