So I have cancelled my internet and my final bill will be around $300 this is because somehow I skipped a month. Still planning on paying it however I have two problems. First off when I moved nearly a year ago I was never able to get my stuff this includes the router. How long do I have to return it? I'm looking at October before I go and get my stuff. In addition I will not be able to pay my bill in full. I was wondering how much time do I have to pay it off. I was thinking about making Bi-Weekly payments of $100 minimum. And I need a estimate for how much everything is going to be just in case it's easier to pay everything rather than going across the state and back just to return the router and modem.

I haven't cancelled the services but from what I told was that after today since today was the day that I scheduled a extended bill that if I don't pay then my account will be put into collections and that I may have to pay any cancellation fees due to the account being heavily over due. My original date of payment was the 4th of this month then extended to the 15th then they gave me a 7 day warning, on the 21st or 22nd I called and asked for a extended bill period. Trust me when I say I don't want to cancel my services even though as of right now I'm away from home.

So as of the end of today my account will be going into collections due to a overdue bill, I've been trying to pay it which I actually should've gotten my check today but it hasn't came in, I should be getting it at the latest being tomorrow evening. My question is what happens if my account does go into collections and if I pay my bill by tomorrow then what happens as I'm not looking to have any cancellation fees.

I'm 3 weeks from moving all of my stuff. I have done made the call to reactivate my services. I have done moved out into a new house in Merryville,LA. I would like to know the process of moving. According to the lady that I talked to all I need to do is move my box to the new house and have a technician scheduled to fix my services at the new house. Can someone explain to me what I truly need to do before I mess up. I can only go back to my old house once because the place where I moved to is over 200 miles.

Unforntly i have a huge billing problem, as i dont have a job right now my bills has been a little late. im still earning money and im able to pay it but i was hoping that i could pay both my bills for the past 2 months at once before the 4th but however my card was hacked and its being replaced. unforntly i wont get it for another 2 weeks. Is there any other way how i can pay the bills before my internet gets shut off? i know i shouldve gotten it paid earleir. If anyone has any tips that can help me ill greatly apricate it.

For 2 months now I've been having slow data I have paid my part so why TF am I getting slow data speeds the first month your team didn't do crap about it now I call Wednesday about it and nothing so far. I'm being dogged left and right and my 20 GB data dissipate in 2 weeks. According to both speakers that I talked to it's under the regulated speed meaning false advertising and so eather A I can cancel without reprconion or B I can cancel you can charge me and we can go to court. I just got a laptop and I only have 3 GB left with 35 gb of bonus which I bearly use. So figure this out now because in the first month which is where you got me.

My bill payment is tomorrow. But I'm not able to pay until Monday night so I need to know the late fees and how long before my internet stops
