Boonus Zone data usage question.
When using the Bonus Zone to download a large file and the Bonus Zone data runs out, does it then used the Service plan data? I had assumed it would just throttled down until Bonus Zone time was up and then go into Service plan data.
Yes, it will use the Service Plan data if the Bonus Zone data runs out.
It's like the following, with the subsequent data bank kicking in when the former runs out. FAP is the Fair Access Policy, which is the state the service enters when there is no data left in any of the applicable data banks during the time period, at which point the service speed is throttled...
8AM - 2AM - Plan data > Token Data > FAP
2AM - 8AM - Bonus Zone data > Plan data > Token Data > FAP
