Cannot access phone service or E-mail.
Once upon a time I could click on welcome to hughesnet from system control center, log in. And have access to my hughesnet email and phone services. Now it spins up a little, takes my login credential and gives me the 403 error or the error 400 bad request. I cleared the cache, logged in and saw emails for one login, still no access to phone service. All other logins require re-logging on, some demand extra steps. Next day no more email access. What's wrong here? How do I fix it?47Views0likes6Comments- 252Views0likes5Comments
Please help me
I have an ex that while in my home created his own account login and as the primary who has paid the bills for years I feel I should have the authority to remove that account but it doesn’t give me that option without the password for his username login. Hi there, Would Hughes be participating in the lifeline program eventually since I have an application ID but so far it seems that at one point Hughes was participating but then when funding ran out of the ACP and EBB programs they didn’t continue accepting lifeline. not sure if you guys can submit feedback to see if maybe some day Hughes will allow the lifeline benefit to be applied to internet service since I don’t think the landline service offered would qualify168Views0likes0CommentsUS Mail Sales Ad, promo mailer, new customer promo, US Mail Hughes promotion flyer
I have recently received, my 3rd item in the US Mail. This invitation for a new customer, this sales and marketing ad, this promo - due to being on a mailing list, is not welcome. The idea that I am a current HughesNet customer, and, received items sent via US Mail in 2023, caused me to call corporate office. I managed to get a reprieve-from July 2023 to March 2024. The sales and marketing department, or, the contract company/contract vendor used for mass marketing 'mailer' items, are being cute, being underhanded - this person or department added a letter A to the mailing address. The residence I occupy, does not have multiple structures, does not have a space A, space B space C - different example, a main hose, a house A, a house B, so on. Why annoy an existing customer with an unwanted, not needed, sales flyer, sales advert, sales pitch, mailer promo? Why remove the actual home address from a mailing list, to then add a 'house A ,a space A? where do I mail these back to? No, not simply ignore, not simply throw away-- the address needs to be removed from the mailing list, address needs to be removed from existence.301Views0likes1CommentNEW Hughesnet plans
I do not see any recent community posts about the "NEW Hughesnet plans" that are shown on the my.hughesnet.com under the Shop tab/Plans and Pricing/Upgrade to NEW Hughesnet. If you have switched to it, I am interested in learning about your experience. It is the same price as my 50 GB plan but is 100 GB Priority Data and up to 100Mbps download speed, so it seems like a no brainer to switch. But if people are have issues with it maybe I should stay put. This form had only 3 choices for Labels, so I chose Hughesnet Voice even though this post has nothing to do with Hughesnet Voice.Solved2.7KViews0likes2CommentsHughesnet Voice and Nomorobo

The service is Free for VOIP service so I tried to register my HughesNet Voice home phone numberreturning an error message, "Looks like you have to contact your provider! Unfortunately , other (Internet Voice) dosen't support Nomorobo yet." They advertise that 88 other companies support the service.
