2yr commitment
We have been loyal customers for 13 years. We just found out that because we increased our data to 200mb, that it had triggered another 24 month commitment. I spoke to manager and he confirmed although I have read that a data plan upgrade did not trigger a new contract. I am very upset and now we want to cancel service and they want to charge a penalty. What’s going on?
