Bill is never right

I can’t tell you how many times I have called Hughes net about my billing. I was promised at the time I changed my plan to 200.25 service plan that the price would not increase from the total $71.48 that I had been paying. I was told I would get service credits each month until the commitment was over if I would change to this plan. I have had to call every month to 2 months and they say the issue is resolved and I will be charged this amount just to find that I am being charged the full amount. I have spent countless hours on the phone with representatives and supervisors and told the issue is resolved just to find out it isn’t. I am goi g to have to call yet again today but I’ll tell you… I will be canceling my service as soon as I can because of this issue!!

    I hope the Hughesnet reps on this site will reply to your post soon.  They can investigate what's going on and implement a solution.  Hang in there.
