Cant cancel my service
If you go through the phone system and select Cancel service it will disconnect you. If you go to some other option the agent will put you on hold with the Cancellation dept and it will disconnect aft...
The only way you can cancel is by phone. I suggest trying it either early in the day or later at night. You may have a better chance of getting through to a rep.
You can also try the following alternate number for cancellation, which may afford you a better chance of getting through, though you may still have hold time. 877-329-1403
