Thanks for clarifying. I remotely logged into your account and see some errors popped up. Is that what you are referring to? I've gone ahead and escalated your concern and should hear back something soon once it's fixed. In the mean time please give us a call at 1-866-347-3292. A live agent will be able to update the card on file for you. If it is not a pressing matter, it shouldn't be too long before you are able to do it yourself. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

This is the most NOT friendly system I have ever encountered.  I need to update my credit card info.  I need a phone number so I can contact you.  HELP

I just got word that your account should be working normally. You should no longer see any errors when logging into the customer support center at www.my.hughesnet.com. Please let me know so I can give our engineers some feedback.
