Upgrade 10 to 20 Gb
I have been trying to upgrade from 10 to 20 Gb for several days. HughesNet software will not accept the request, I get an error message. Any suggestions?

Yes and I have 1 item in the cart, click on it and get error message "Communication error"

That's not good. The reps will assuredly have to help you with this. They're normally on M-F from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST. They usually reply within a day, but it's taking a bit longer as of late with a heavy increase in social media activity and support requests due to so many more people being home. Hopefully one will reply soon.
