When is my due date?
I just signed-up for paper billing, which costs $5.00 a month, because I don't like auto-pay. I was installed on March 1, 2016. When do I receive a paper bill and when is my payment due?

Great question. Generally as a new customer, the billing date is the day you are installed. If you are on paper billing, you have 30 days to pay the balance. Double-checking your account I do see your billing date is the 1st of every month and since you only recently changed to paper billing, you may not receive one until April. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
