How the **bleep** do you talk to someone who can do something for you.. Service has sucked since the day got it. Called several times to have someone come out to fix it and still not working. Trying...
Why should I have to pay if I haven’t had the service they promised and asked for help two times without it working. I’ve been paying for services that haven’t been what they should be and now have to pay to get out of their crappy service? Not good business or customer service being hung up on when the said they were trying to help.
