Loss of email service
Since we are losing our email service at Hughesnet, I contacted them using the chat service to see if they are going to reduce the price of service to the customers. I did not get an appropriate answer. Definitely not a yes. What are your thoughts on this?

Being that ISP offered email is considered a courtesy or a freebie, I highly doubt HughesNet is going to reduce the price of the service with the loss of it.
Most ISPs don't even offer email these days. ISPs never really put much into their email, and free email services like Gmail and Outlook have always been more comprehensive and robust.
What answer did they give you?
