Not working
Hello all, so last month I couldn't get wifi to work, thought oops forgot to pay the bill. Well I didn't. It said I had went over on GB and could buy a token. I had 4 days so nah. Got busy with life and it never worked the payment for this month was paid but till today I couldn't get WiFi couldn't get into my account nothing. So I emailed asking for the past few weeks get credit since I was unable to use and it shows on the account. I read many stated the same issue I have been having

Are all the lights on the modem working?
How are you trying to get into your account?
Have you called the 800 number?
