Contract
Is is possible to get out of the contract because of the terrible service? It is not as promised on the website and I'd like to cancel.

Your best bet is to troubleshoot with the reps on this site. They can check the issues and work with you to improve your experience. If they can't do anything to improve it, then you may have recourse. Without the troubleshooting process, though, the early termination fees will apply. Check the subscriber agreement, as it also has a section on the process to resolve grievances.
