ht2000w obtained by not registeration
swapped plans or something a while back, got sent a new modem, tried never got through connecting it up, kept using old modem. now have time to swap out old modem for new one. and i got the GPS coord...
You can wait until Tuesday when the HN reps will be here, or you can call the 24/7 line and see if those reps can help you. I hope this gets solved for you quickly. Good luck!
