I haven't had internet now for 48 hours

I haven't had internet for 48 hours now.. I called this morning they said my equipment was ok.. and they would have it up in about 2 hours that was 9am this morning.. I paid my bill.. why dont I have internet?

    We are in NE Oklahoma and ours has been out since yesterday evening. Customer service told us at 1:30pm today it should be up and running within 10 hours.

      My service in Talihina hasn't stopped yet, but my house in Texas it isn't working.

    junebug2​ , There's a known outage, affecting a lot of people. That's why you don't have internet.
