Internet outage?
My internet has been out for a few days. It’s not working properly and I’m not sure what I need to do?

You can call the 800 number, or you can wait until one of the HN reps on this site sees your post and helps you. In the meantime, leave the modem plugged in so they can reach it to run diagnostics on it if they need to.
