    Everyone let me know if customer service got yours to work before I call them. It’s such a hassle to call them and everyone seems to be having the same problem of being down.

      I personally didn't call, because they are apparently aware it's a widespread outage. I tried all the suggested things on my end. Hopefully they are working on it.
