LAN light

My service was disconnected on Thursday and I got it reconnected on friday. Its Tuesday now and I haven't been able to use my wifi longer than 10 minutes since Wednesday before it was disconnected. I've talked to multiple tech supports who basically told me they couldn't do nothing about it but it will work for 10 minutes max with all lights showing , then drop to the LAN light only and im not able to use wifi . My kids are home schooled and I need help ASAP .
