Modem Question
I had my HughesNet installed in November. Does the modem/router need to be updated? If so, how? Thanks!
It gets pushed down to from the HN head end.
You'll notice it's been updated if there was a spontanteous outage then reboot, usually during the bonus period, with a note in the Reboot Stats that says "Rebooted due to software upgrade".
