Modem replacement Attn: Rep

Hey hughesnet Rep, does it really take 3 to 5 days to ship a replaement?

    Hi schalid,

     

    Yes, it can take up to that long, but I've heard of some customers receiving their modem replacement earlier, although that is not the norm.
