My service
SMH well my Internet haven't been working since Saturday and for some reason it stops working when it's raining or cloudy weather and I called them and said I should not be charged if my Internet is not working like that is not fair at all and I feel like I'ma just let it go with Hughes net because of this problem smh.
You do get charged if the internet is not working due to bad weather. The subscriber agreement states that "Stated speeds, low-latency and uninterrupted use of the Service are not guaranteed." If someone told you otherwise, they misinformed you.
If you have an account or tech issue you'd like the Hughesnet reps on this site to check out, go to the Tech Support or the myAccount and Billing section, click the blue "Start a Discussion" button, and describe your situation.
