New Customer shocked at how slow internet is I thought it was suposed to be "high speed"?
Am I doing something wrong or is this slow internet the norm? This is much slower than my DSL that i left for this "high speed system! The circle goes around and around and around to pull up a page...

Troubleshooting with the reps on this site is key if you want to have a chance to cancel without paying a fine. Or you can pay the fine and cancel any time and go with whatever ISP you want.
