Puzzle: no internet with state code 0.0.0.

Damian​ , Remy​ , For the last 3 days, the internet has stopped working in the evenings, while the modem displays state code 0.0.0. and no errors whatsoever.  I've done all the troubleshooting I can...

Just wanted to update you: I plugged the modem to a different source last night, 9/4/2025.

Thank you for doing that. The case was escalated higher as of yesterday. I'm assuming you still experienced the same issue? -Damian

    Hi, Damian​ ,

    Thank you for escalating again!  The issue has morphed, and the way it presents itself now is that over  a 24 hour period, the internet randomly drops (I see the globe icon) for a few minutes while the modem remains at 0.0.0.  It remains "down" for a few minutes, then it returns and works fine.   The issue happens whether I'm on Wi-Fi or connected to the modem via Ethernet cable.   In a way, there's been an improvement! 😊
