System light on modem not on
We had a bad storm here last night and while for the worst of it our internet worked fine. Once the storm was over and only strong winds remained we lost our service. I have reset the modem multiple times with no luck. Sometimes the transmit light is also not on. We just had a tech here Monday to adjust the dish and now we are stuck with connected without internet again. We are so frustrated and would just like to have this fixed. We already have the service charge for the tech coming 3 days ago. I can't afford another charge.
