Wifi booster stopped working
I have been trying for days to reconnect my wifi booster but the light remains on solid purple. I called tech support earlier and they recommended using an different LAN port but that didn't work either. I've rebooted it a few times and the same happens.
I think the booster does not work anymore but I can't tell for sure.
Has anyone had the same issue?

Your best bet is to wait for the Hughesnet reps on this site to see your post and reply to it. They'll be able to check on the issue and work with you to solve it.
