Hughesnet usage meters are off

When my billing cycle ended and restarted 12/21-22/2017, my anytime went from 30 to 25 and my bonus went from 60 to 50.  Has anyone else had this problem?  (GEN5)

With regard to your Service Plan data (Anytime), do you mean the the plan data reduced from 30GB to 25GB, or what you had available of the 30GB started out at 25GB?  

With regard to the Bonus Zone data, all plans are 50GB.
