The new update

Is anymore been having slower service since the new update?
My Wi-Fi service was just fine until I installed the new update. Now it's really slow on messenger and pauses on YouTube. Hughes Net does not offer an uninstall updates on this new program BUT did offer me a premium upgrade for faster service as soon as I installed the new update.
Sounds like all this was planed to get more money by slowing down the regular package so you have to get a bigger package. JUST WONDERING???

And you'd be wrong, as all Gen5 plans offer the same speed.  So no, whatever update you're referring to was not a plan to get you to get a bigger package.
