Neither of my computers will access my email page, just comes up blank and says cant locate server. Started last week. Works on my phone just fine. Tech service had me delete browsing history and cache but why would both computers have same problem at same time. Wifi works with phone so not that. Could use some help better than getting from Tech support. Thanks

Start by trying with other browsers, and try using incognito (Chrome) or private (Firefox) mode to see if the issue goes away.

It could be something you added to Chrome that's incompatible. Glad you can at least use Fireox.
