I have 4 LAN ports on the back of my modem. Which one do I use to connect modem to computer via Ethernet?

Any of them.
From the user guide:
"Using the provided Ethernet cable, connect one end of the cable to one of the
open LAN ports on the rear of the HT2000W, connect the other end to your
PC’s Ethernet port"
