Not possible on HT2000w, but wouldn't it be possible using pfsense running on a router connected to the HT2000w?  Has anyone been successful doing this?

I, too, would like to limit speed and/or data use on the guest account.  Would also like to create a captive portal for guests, but one thing at a time!
