Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to find any reports of localized issues in VA, and Beam 84 currently isn't currently experiencing any issues. Has your download speed returned to normal since you made your post?

Back to normal.  Reset modem several times but it did not fix.  Waited about an hour or two and reset it again and it went back to normal.  Glitch i suppose.
