As you can see from the speed test below I have very slow internet speed. I have plenty of data left. Please help. I takes for ever for some pages to load or to download my email.

It's likely that the reps here will need you to run some different speed tests to show what sort of speeds you're getting. The speed testing protocol is on the following page...

The reps may also want to run remote diagnostics on your system to make sure that everything is operating properly, so please be sure to leave your HughesNet equipment plugged in if you normally don't. The reps are on M-F from approximately 8AM to 5PM EST. They should reply within a day or so, though it would be a good idea to get some speed tests in using the linked protocol in the meantime.
