Address for returning equipment

I am looking for the address as to where I return equipment too.  In case, i do not receive a box.  I am Leary that i won’t receive on and want to be on top of getting this equipment returned.

The label to return the equipment will be included in the box they send. You have to wait until you receive the box.

To add to maratsade's info, the equipment return kit will be sent out to you shortly after your service has been terminated. Unless you've requested an 'immediate cancellation', your service will terminate at the end of your current monthly service cycle.  

The following is a link to the sheet that will come with the return kit, just so you know in advance what you need to return and how to do so.  Don't rely on the address shown on the sheet in the link, as it may very well be different than what's on the shipping label included with your return kit.
