Charged again

Once again ! I have been charged for service that was supposed to be suspended! I had just gotten refunded money that was taken out of my account a month ago and hughesnet has taken my money again for service that was still supposed to be on suspension!!!!! I want my money back and stop taking my money out of my account for service that is suspended!!!
