Hi, new to the forum, I was wondering if there was a way to email customer support other then the email contact on the web site. It only allow's for about a paragraph of text. I'd like to be able to communicate with a more detail.
Any suggestions would be helpful, I thought there might be a message board here in the community that is read by someone within the company.

If you send them an email via the website, either explaining the problem in a short manner, or explaining that there isn't enough space in the message body to be able to adequately describe the issue, you may be able to then reply in the normal manner once you receive their reply in your email. By the SAN you input they will already know it's for Business Support.
Or, you could call the Business Support line and ask them for the actual Business Support email address, negating the need to use the email form on the site.
