I dropped acp and now I want to upgrade

I sent a email about upgrade and I was told I could get a lot more data by upgrading .  I was told to just go to my plan and change it. Each time I try to do that I get a message to contact customer care. I  would just like to see what you offer. I would most likely get the 100gb. Because that would keep my price about the same. As my new price for the 30gb that I have now. Is there something on your end that is blocking me from upgrading from computer? I shut off all my ad blockers and other add ons. And still did not work. Or do I have to call? Thank you.

Good morning shadowwalker.20,

Thanks for reaching out, I tried accessing the change plan page from your account and was also encountering an error message. In your case, it would be best to give us a call at 866.347.3292 at your convenience to upgrade your service plan. I apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for bringing this to my attention.
