I recently had a bad experience with the company and the technicians. Everything about the service and the support was very unprofessional. And I was out of work and had problems with getting a technician out to my house. I was so upset and frustrated that I was almost fired from job because of it. I will not be referring any of my family or friends to this company. I just would like to be treated with respect and be considered a valuable customer.
