Where do my mb go?
I believe it was in December or January I called about getting more bytes. I was told I could get 30 instead of my 15 for the same price..plus I was getting the $30 govt discount and I also discontin...
I think you mean 5GB, not 5MB. Still, that's definitely weird, as I don't think they even offer a 5GB plan.
The reps are on Monday thru Friday from approximately 9AM to 6PM EST. Hopefully you'll get a reply tomorrow. If you need help sooner, you'll need to call 866-347-3292 for Customer Care.
The plans are 15, 30, 60, 100 GB.
