i need to cancel service and can only do that by phone call but i do not have cell phone service here so do i just remove my credit card information to stop service. Everything is turned off so canno...

Thank you for reaching out again. You can not cancel through any other means except for calling in by phone. You can use a neighbors phone, pay phone, or any other phone to allow you to call in. I apologize for the inconvenience but this is the only way to cancel due to account security. -Damian
