Fred, I have run some diagnostics on your account and I cannot pinpoint out any issues on our end. I did, however, make some adjustments to the modem in hopes it makes a difference. Please let me know if this helps. Thanks. -*Felicia*

Hello Thomas, Thank you for reaching out. The HughesNet built-in router can only work in conjunction with the modem. Therefore, it cannot be used as an external router. I hope this helps. 🙂 Thanks, *Felicia*

I have run diagnostics on your account, and I can see everything is fully operational, but nothing is connected to the modem.
